




Program and operate CNC lathes, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and programming specific equipment; Perform necessary adjustments and maintenance on machines to ensure production quality and maximize equipment efficiency; Monitor the machining process, inspecting produced parts to verify dimensions and surface finish, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; Identify and resolve issues related to the machining process, proposing improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs; Train and guide junior operators in CNC machine and machining center programming and operation; Develop machining programs for CNC machines using specialized software; Work schedule: 5:40 PM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday; Friday: 3:50 PM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 12:50 AM; This position includes a 20% hazardous duty allowance;
