We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join our team at Ability. As part of this role, * Perform physical installations of equipment and network links in the Data Center. * Execute infrastructure checklists (daily/periodic). * Monitor the entire network, link, and server environment. * Organize structured cabling. * Maintain documentation and bayface (rack mapping) for the entire Data Center infrastructure. * Resolve incidents via the ITSM system. * Escalate issues to telecom providers and other support teams as needed. * Required Skills and Knowledge: * Solid knowledge of networking protocols, structured cabling, and basic switch/router configuration. * Experience with incident management systems (e.g., Jira, GLPI) and monitoring systems. * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating system and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server is desirable.
