**Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis.** Experience: System support and development. Skills: Proficiency in the ERP Protheus system by Totvs. Behavioral traits: Focus, discipline, agility, initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Provide support to system users.** Assist in system implementation and daily routine administration. Analyze costs and technical, economic, and financial feasibility. Perform system maintenance upon user request. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity of business processes. Propose new work methods or their computerization. Gather customer and/or user requirements. Define system requirements and functionalities. Ensure comprehensive testing of new systems. Assist in preparing system documentation, including user manuals, operational manuals, and technical application manuals, etc. Train users on system usage. Assist in implementing developed or acquired systems.
