**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct and take responsibility for customer visits, either individually or accompanied by Bertolini representatives, with the objective of presenting the company, identifying business opportunities, entering new markets, and positioning Bertolini as a provider of after-sales service solutions.
* Ensure accuracy of commercial proposals under your responsibility, jointly with the external team, through project analysis, calculations, and budgeting, aiming to optimize negotiations and sales conversion.
* Interact with the internal order, project, and budgeting teams, providing technical or administrative guidance on work demands, to optimize deliveries and business generation opportunities.
* Interact with engineering, logistics, legal, finance, and procurement departments to reduce response time in commercial and customer service processes, encouraging continuous improvement as a means of growth and evolution, thereby increasing business conversion opportunities.
* Develop technical guidelines related to departmental processes, as well as manuals and procedures, aiming to standardize and optimize processes through training of internal or external teams.
* Monitor the performance of internal and external teams to track budget delivery timelines, alerting the Commercial Administrative Supervisor whenever deviations in process execution are identified.
* Provide customer support when customers raise project-related or commercial proposal-related queries or requests.
* Interact with the marketing department by providing information on negotiated projects and success stories to generate publicity and reinforce the brand.
* Participate in the presentation, conceptualization, and implementation of value-added services for customer operations, ensuring Bertolini’s continued role as a customer partner following product sale.
* Propose and implement innovations and improvements in processes within your area of responsibility, evaluating results against company objectives and/or strategies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields.
* Negotiation skills.
