Maintenance of accurate records and report preparation * Monitor security systems, including VMI cameras, alarms, and real-time vehicle tracking. * Carefully observe images and data generated by monitoring systems to identify suspicious activities or incidents. * Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches. * Respond promptly to emergencies and security situations affecting the company and customers as required. * Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents logged during the shift. * Communicate clearly and effectively with area team members, customers, and other stakeholders. * Conduct periodic inspections and tests on monitoring equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Follow established protocols and procedures for operating security systems. * Perform alert screening and analysis, taking appropriate actions according to established security protocols. * Activate response teams (patrol officers, technicians, or competent authorities) as needed. * Record incidents and prepare daily incident reports for supervision and management. * Maintain constant communication with patrol officers and other security teams to ensure adequate coverage across all monitored areas. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and shift schedules. * Identify issues in monitoring systems to ensure their proper operation.
