Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Professional experience in controllership, budget planning, cost, inventory control, or asset management.
* Knowledge of Cost Management.
* Knowledge of Cost and Budget Reports and Indicators.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of the TASY system.
* Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, Hospital Management, Quality, or related fields.
* Experience in Clinical Costing and hospital material control (medications / OPME).
* Experience in the hospital sector.
* Support the annual departmental budget preparation.
* Analyze budgeted vs. actual variances in P&L accounts.
- Support all Cooperative departments in preparing the annual budget. - Create, deactivate, and rename cost centers according to workflow and process.
* Maintain approval workflow and authority rules.
* Analyze irregular entries and request reclassifications from Accounting.
* Perform reconciliations between clinical costs (production vs. accounting).
* Register monthly managerial revenues (Own Resources).
* Generate and issue general reports.
- Analyze the Operator’s performance results. - Act in loss and fraud prevention.
* Support management in decision-making.
* Prepare presentations and analyze departmental reports and indicators.
* Identify measures and actions for cost reduction.
* Propose actions to optimize indicator results and improve departmental processes, complying with current labor legislation.
* Provide information to internal customers when necessary.
* Organize and archive documents.
* Perform document reprography and digitization.
* Support other departments in gathering information whenever necessary.
* Support the team and provide solutions whenever required, in accordance with management.
* Interact with other departments to ensure service quality.
* Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution in appropriate locations.
* Ensure custody, maintenance, preservation, and cleaning of equipment, tools, and materials used in work.
* Work in compliance with good practices, safety standards, and procedures.
* Attend meetings when summoned.
* Comply with training and development schedules.
* Adhere to regulations and procedures regarding uniform usage, time clock registration, working hours and shifts, vacation schedule, etc.
* Create and suggest workflows and work processes, adopt optimization and rationalization measures to improve team and interdepartmental activities.
* Inform the manager about actions and activities carried out within the area under responsibility.
* Perform other related activities, as per the specific responsibilities of the operational unit, nature of work, and location/subsystem of the area, as directed by higher management.
