




**About the position** We are seeking a **Commercial Director** to lead our expansion strategy in the **Out of Home (OOH) Media** segment across different regions of Brazil. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in media companies and a business-oriented mindset, capable of structuring and leading our sales department during a period of rapid growth. **Main responsibilities** * Develop the company's national sales strategy, aligned with the CEO's vision. * Manage and develop sales teams across multiple locations. * Expand strategic partnerships with agencies, advertisers, and media outlets. * Ensure results delivery through KPI management, sales targets, and commercial processes. * Represent the company institutionally in high-impact negotiations. **Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within media companies (TV, Radio, OOH). * Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields. * Strategic profile focused on results, with excellent negotiation skills. * Availability for frequent travel. **Work location** **Curitiba/PR or Londrina/PR** (with mobility to other regions). **What we offer** * Opportunity to lead the expansion of a prominent brand in the OOH media market. * Competitive compensation package with aggressive variable pay. * Dynamic, innovative, and rapidly expanding work environment.
