We are seeking a Planning Analyst to join our PMO team. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Update and maintain document lists**, ensuring compliance, organization, and information availability for involved departments; * **Update and enhance spreadsheets supporting Earned Value Management (EVM)**, contributing to project performance monitoring through structured indicators and decision-support analyses; * **Develop continuous improvements and spreadsheet automations**, identifying optimization opportunities; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Knowledge of Planning; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
