If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and embark on a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver in-person service ensuring friendliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction; * Prepare and serve gelatos, coffees, mixes, and desserts; * Maintain store premises, equipment, utensils, and dining area cleanliness, performing hygiene routines in compliance with food safety regulations; * Restock gelatos, supplies, and materials, supporting organization and inventory control; * Complete shift checklists, monitor temperatures, execute opening/closing procedures, and record data in systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of food safety and good handling practices. * Preferred: Experience operating store systems and equipment. * Availability to work on a rotating 5-days-on / 2-days-off schedule. **Additional Benefits** * Meal and Food Allowance via iFood Benefits Card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Benefits Club; * Attendance Day Off; * Birthday Day Off. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato & Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
