The Interway Group is a technology and digital solutions company, offering consulting, software development, and systems integration services. **Responsibilities:** Execute administration of the unit's operational activities, ensuring proper progress of services. Perform service and team management functions while maintaining direct client contact in naval and offshore refrigeration and air conditioning operations. This position is based in Belém / PA. Previous experience as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
