Description: The individual will act as an Offshore Vessel Operations Coordinator, ensuring operational effectiveness. Responsibilities and duties * Ensure vessels implement the company's mission, vision, values, and defined operational strategies; * Ensure vessels are crewed in accordance with Administration and flag state regulations; * Ensure operations are conducted following all company QSMS procedures; * Develop operational procedures and follow established policies; * Reinforce operational requirements to support areas so they can meet vessel needs; * Monitor and track the quality and timeliness of support area services, reporting key challenges to superiors; * Monitor vessel operations and maintenance on a daily basis; * Supervise crew members and interact with clients; * Plan and monitor crew rotations; * Monitor and track audits and inspections; * Support practices and procedures outlined in the Management System Manual; * Supervise and evaluate vessel crew members.
