




Job Summary: Will assist in document organization, spreadsheet and system management, and provide support to various departments, including telephone customer service and appointment scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in organizing physical and digital documents 2. Support in managing and updating spreadsheets and internal systems 3. Support for departments such as billing, HR, and customer service Assist in archiving and organizing physical and digital documents; Support the management and updating of spreadsheets and internal systems; Provide support to departments such as billing, HR, and customer service; Handle sending and receiving of correspondence and e\-mails; Assist with scheduling routines, material control, and telephone customer service. Perform other tasks related to those described above, according to service needs and/or supervisor's request.
