Responsibilities and Duties Support and guide operational teams based on performance indicators, periodically reviewing results; Ensure service quality, proper process flow, and compliance with contractual deadlines; plan and conduct meetings with internal and external clients and suppliers to assess satisfaction levels, negotiate adjustments, and adapt processes as needed; Identify improvement opportunities by detecting operational needs and proposing corrective and preventive actions; Conduct critical analyses of non-conformities, defining strategies and action plans to mitigate risks and enable continuous improvement. Requirements and Qualifications Prior experience in administrative and technical areas. Experience in technical assistance, customer support, or preventive maintenance will be considered an advantage; Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
