Focus on quality, safety, and compliance with regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assign tasks to employees and contractors for execution; Guide and direct the execution of in-house and outsourced services; Perform and verify layout marking before continuing work; Conduct timely evaluations of services performed by contractors; Report field issues and needs to the site engineer; Execute services in accordance with the project’s planning and schedule; Record data under their responsibility, including inspections, evaluations, workforce control, and others; Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Meetings), quality meetings, and other meetings; Monitor and document team participation in project meetings and training sessions; Ensure all team members are aware of the company’s quality policy, standards, and procedures; Individually assess each employee and contractor regarding knowledge acquired during training sessions and meetings; Inform the site engineer about hiring and termination needs; Participate in the hiring process for project staff; Conduct technical interviews with candidates for project positions; Monitor the use of PPE by employees and contractors on site; Collaborate with the safety team on preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents; Implement environmental condition prevention measures on site; Submit Nonconformance Reports (RNCs) to the SGQ Manager for process improvement; Develop action plans for indicators below target and submit them to the RGO; Hold physical schedule review meetings with their teams. Request equipment maintenance from rental companies, including Via Sul Equipamentos; Deliver completed blocks to the Construction Manager according to planned deadlines; Conduct final inspection of the project. **Requirements:** Incomplete Elementary Education \- Preferred: Completed Higher Education in Engineering and/or Technical Course in Building Construction.
