Job Summary: Professional to participate in site setup and project supervision, managing teams, waste, and ensuring project quality and schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team management at construction sites. 2. Quality control and project scheduling for construction projects. 3. Project analysis and on-site problem solving. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Participate in site setup according to the project plan, form work teams, assign tasks, and supervise their execution; Monitor, control, segregate, and package waste generated on site; Analyze and discuss with the engineer technical details and instructions of the project to be executed; Guide and monitor schedule execution; Instruct foremen on project interpretation for service execution; Control the flow of equipment and materials to work fronts, as well as waste, material wastage, equipment, and instruments required to perform the work; Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on site and their storage conditions; Supervise work progress, resolve issues, redistribute tasks, reallocate personnel, and control work quality and quantity; Request materials necessary for service execution; Assist in preparing reports and schedules during construction; Participate in training programs when requested; Ensure maintenance, cleaning, preservation, custody, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace, adhering to occupational safety regulations; Perform duties relevant to the area of expertise using computer equipment and software; Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position; Interview candidates for hiring; Evaluate employees against established competencies for each role; Handle conflict resolution; Address problems affecting site productivity. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Civil Production Engineering or Technical Diploma in Building Construction Preferred Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Civil Production Engineering; Preferred: Experience in reading and verifying project drawings — Command and control of production teams — Site layout and service verification. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
