Creation of justifying and descriptive memoranda per lot A construction materials store is seeking an Architect in Belém. **Responsibilities:** Prepare architectural technical drawings covering all phases from approval through construction execution. Coordinate structural and other complementary projects with the architectural design. Provide support in legal research, feasibility presentation, and preparation of analyses for clients. Finalize area schedules, and create justifying and descriptive memoranda per lot.
