Job Summary: Provide operational technical support for IT activities, assisting in the maintenance and operation of systems, equipment, and embedded technology resources. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of travel for vessel maintenance **Job Mission:** Provide operational technical support for Information Technology activities, assisting in the maintenance and operation of systems, equipment, and embedded technology resources, push boats, and navigation equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities (higher complexity) and Tasks (lower complexity):** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Embedded Technology assets (computers / general infrastructure / software, telecommunications, electronic navigation equipment) aboard all push boat assets; Perform daily checklists and asset inventories; Install and configure cameras, DVRs, NVRs, access controllers, and turnstiles; Crimping and splicing of optical fiber; Install physical infrastructure; Configure Cisco and HP switches; Clean cameras and racks; Perform basic computer maintenance; Close service tickets in the support platform; Possibility of travel for vessel maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Background, Courses, or Certifications:** Technical or vocational course in IT Desirable: Operating Systems courses Desirable: NR 35 certification Desirable: NR 10 certification Desirable: NR 6 certification **Professional Experience:** Desirable: Technical experience installing cameras and handling tools; Basic knowledge of network protocols (IPv4\); Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11; Basic knowledge of configuring Cisco and HP switches. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde, or Unimed health plan (subject to local availability); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental plan; Alelo Food or Meal Voucher; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation allowance; Pharmacy benefit; University partnership discounts; TotalPass; Internal education platform; Moodar platform (therapy platform with special rates for Lanlink employees) Great to have you visit us virtually!
