Support role for the Client Relationship Department of a notary office, focusing on public service and administrative routines.
Main Responsibilities:
* In-person, telephone, and email customer service;
* Support for administrative and protocol routines;
* Document verification (legibility, completeness, and inconsistencies);
* Organization and maintenance of physical and digital folders;
* Requesting certificates, issuing payment slips, and completing forms;
* Operating internal notary office systems and CRM;
* Deadline tracking and demand follow-up.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in public service (e.g., secretarial work, notary offices, or administrative roles);
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
* Familiarity with administrative routines and document organization;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines;
* Ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a notary office;
* Familiarity with CRM systems;
* Knowledge of notarial procedures, digital certification, or related coursework.
