At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Job Summary** The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper contract management, fulfilling all obligations stipulated in the contract, maintaining compliance throughout its execution, monitoring Scope, Cost, and Schedule, recording any changes that may justify potential deviations from the conditions defined at contract signing (Proposal/Contract), in order to minimize obstacles and maximize opportunities, aiming for continuous improvement in the economic and financial performance of the Contract. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate and oversee all administrative activities at the construction site, organizing and directing specific tasks within the area and controlling staff performance to ensure smooth workflow operations. * Management of Administrative Activities; * Manage and/or perform all services related to the administrative, financial, and human resources areas associated with the project; * Assign tasks, provide information, and implement work routines to ensure and guide their execution; * Organize employee work schedules, vacation plans, and leave days, following relevant regulations and higher-level decisions to comply with legal requirements; * Process requests for early departures, leaves, and absences of subordinates, providing input on merits, proposing disciplinary actions or rewards, and indicating possible replacements when necessary, to prevent work interruptions or harmful disruptions to team productivity; * Request personnel and materials required for the department’s operations, completing necessary forms and submitting them to the specialized department; * Management of Administrative Activities; * Monitor, evaluate, and provide necessary resources for individual employee training and qualification, verifying instructions and demonstrations of operations and tasks to be performed, to achieve desired work performance; * Ensure compliance with regulations and service orders, organizing, assigning, and guiding tasks to be executed; * Ensure adherence to regulations, orders, and service instructions, applying appropriate measures and actions to achieve set objectives; * Support to Management and Executive Leadership; * Provide necessary administrative information to the Engineer or Director; * Support the contract manager in tasks related to Personnel, Safety, General Services, Communications, Procurement, Cash Management, Warehousing, and Cafeteria; * Mobilize and demobilize the project in coordination with the Engineer and Operations Director. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Specialization (Postgraduate/MBA) \- Desirable; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and labor obligations; * Knowledge of accounting and finance; * Computer skills (Office Suite); **Additional information** **Availability for travel** * Competitive market salary; * Health Insurance (Bradesco); * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance / Food Card \- Flash Card; * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads and never stopped.
