Description: Main activities * Assess network indicator variability and implement action plans; * Coordinate and support Vendor Optimizers; * Optimize configuration parameters of Access Network elements to ensure CEX; * Manage RF parameter baselines at regional or national level; * Handle network complaints by performing diagnosis and directing them to resolution; * Analyze impacts of new feature deployments and conduct Day After monitoring; * Evaluate periodic and on-demand drive tests and MDTs; * Collaborate with peer departments across the company to ensure end-to-end and matrixed quality assurance (Core, Transport, Operations, OSS, etc.); * Define, execute, and monitor tests and trials for new technologies and services. Knowledge, Experience, Education * Bachelor's degree preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Data Communication; * Experience in multi-vendor mobile cellular networks; * Knowledge of network analysis tools, signaling protocols, and RAN/Core architecture; * Familiarity with Crowdsource/QoE KPIs; * Desirable: Automation using Python/SQL and technical English.
