Job Summary: The Junior Language Training Analyst will conduct language proficiency assessments, develop lesson plans, and deliver Portuguese and English classes, integrating business-related topics and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials focused on corporate communication. Deliver in-person and/or online Portuguese and English classes. Integrate business topics, organizational culture, and core competencies into teaching activities. Evaluate student performance and progress, providing feedback and reports. Support the Training & Development (T&D) team in designing language immersion programs. Apply active learning methodologies and educational technology.
