Adherence to best practices and guidance from coordination About the Opportunity **INTERMITTENT COMPUTER TECHNICIAN** **Working Hours:** First shift: 07:30–13:30; second shift: 11:30–17:30, Monday through Friday (subject to change at the company’s or client’s discretion). **Work Address:** Praça Getúlio Vargas, 280 – Centro, Foz do Iguaçu – Paraná; Employment Type: CLT. **Employment Conditions:** INTERMITTENT ️ **What We Are Looking For:** Education: Completed High School; Computer Skills: Advanced; Language: Portuguese and Technical English; Experience: Proven experience in Information Technology; **Core Job Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks):** User support via call center, incident ticket registration, and technical assistance for resolving equipment usage issues. N2: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and provision of more specialized technical support to users. Telecommunications: Preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunications equipment, plus technical user support.
