The following will be considered advantageous: * Familiarity with Apollo and Syonet tools; * Experience working at automotive dealerships. * Record all customer feedback collected via surveys in corporate systems to alert Managers and Executive Leadership about areas requiring improvement and customers’ perceptions regarding service delivery; * Conduct satisfaction surveys with sales customers (those purchasing new vehicles) and after-sales customers (those receiving warranty services), via telephone calls or email, generating reports that capture verbatim customer feedback—both praise and complaints (RAC—Customer Service Complaint)—to document customer perception so that Managers can promptly address cases of dissatisfaction or low scores; * Generate weekly or biweekly reports summarizing survey results for use in quality meetings with Sales or After-Sales teams, supporting continuous improvement of service and customer interaction processes; * Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure vehicle preparation; * Contact customers in person and digitally to schedule vehicle appointments; * Monitor invoiced vehicles; * Implement action plans issued by the Quality Department. 2511290202181836563
