




Responsibilities Description: * Planning and organizing – Lead the review of the execution plan and mobilize resources, adapting to actual conditions and mitigating identified risks. * Monitoring and control – Monitor services, costs, schedules, and quality, making decisions on necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with scope. * Financial management – Ensure measurements, approvals, billing, and payments; guarantee timely payment of salaries, labor charges, taxes, and suppliers. * Stakeholder relationship – Maintain formal relations with the client and stakeholders, acting in conflict prevention and resolution. * Legal compliance and safety – Comply with labor laws and health and safety regulations, as well as monitor insurance and legal matters. * Support and solutions – Promptly and effectively provide necessary resources to resolve technical, administrative, and legal issues related to the contract. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting Sciences. * Postgraduate degree in Financial Management, Controllership, and Finance. * Solid experience in personnel and contract management. * Experience in the Facilities sector, including cleaning, gardening, conservation, building maintenance, electrical, and refrigeration. * Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills. * Availability for travel.
