Responsibilities Description: \-Planning and organizing – Lead the review of the execution plan and mobilize resources, adapting to actual conditions and mitigating identified risks. \-Monitoring and control – Monitor services, costs, deadlines, and quality, making decisions on necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the scope. \-Financial management – Ensure measurements, approvals, billing, and payments; guarantee timely payment of salaries, labor charges, taxes, and suppliers. \-Stakeholder relationship – Maintain formal relations with the client and stakeholders, acting in conflict prevention and resolution. \-Legal compliance and safety – Comply with labor laws and health and safety regulations, as well as monitor insurance and legal matters. \-Support and solutions – Provide, in a swift and effective manner, the necessary resources to resolve technical, administrative, and legal issues related to the contract. Requirements and Qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. \- Postgraduate degree in Financial Management, Controllership, and Finance. \- Solid experience in people and contract management. \- Experience in the Facilities sector, including cleaning, gardening, conservation, building maintenance, electrical, and refrigeration services. \- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills. \- Availability for travel.
