Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing the factory’s maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and production performance, with emphasis on safety, quality, and cost reduction. Responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing the factory’s maintenance activities, ensuring the **availability, reliability, and performance of production equipment**, with emphasis on **safety, product quality, reduction of unplanned downtime and costs**, while complying with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), occupational safety standards, and legal requirements** applicable to the food industry. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance**. * Control maintenance work orders via a **maintenance management system**. * Analyze recurring failures and propose **corrective and preventive actions**. * Monitor maintenance KPIs (**MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance cost, backlog**). * Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and food safety regulations during maintenance interventions. * Control and optimize the use of **spare parts**, in coordination with warehousing and procurement. * Prepare technical reports and present results to management. * Support **continuous improvement initiatives, loss reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement**. * Assist in standardizing maintenance procedures and operational routines. * Liaise with production to align scheduled shutdowns. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **industrial maintenance**. * Practical experience in **PCM**. * Knowledge of **maintenance KPIs**. * Experience with **maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP)**. * Basic computer skills.
