Focus on service quality and customer service efficiency **Job Mission:** Provide customer service and operational support at the bar/restaurant, ensuring organization, cleanliness, accurate order separation and dispatch according to order slips, as well as assisting with beverage preparation to guarantee efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** \- Receive and inspect goods destined for the bar; \- Organize, store, and manage bar inventory; \- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar throughout working hours; \- Separate, verify, and dispatch orders according to order slips; \- Assist in preparing juices, smoothies, and simple cocktails; \- Support bar restocking and replenishment of supplies; \- Maintain bar utensils, equipment, and work materials; \- Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards; \- Assist the team whenever necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations. **Requirements:** Completed high school; Experience in customer service; Experience in this field is a plus; Schedule \- Day shift, rotating 6x1 schedule Salary per category \+ Tips Transportation allowance or transportation voucher \+ Dental plan Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.780,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
