




**Description** Act as deputy to the Sales Manager or, in their absence, coordinate, guide, and supervise the store’s sales routines to achieve established targets within defined commercial conditions, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for managing sales and customer service at the parts counter or via telephone, adhering to sales routines established by the Sales Directorate, promoting the sale of parts and accessories, identifying customer needs, providing information, checking inventory availability, and communicating pricing and payment terms. Ensure compliance with Quality processes and sales routines as stipulated by the Directorates, implementing them daily at the assigned branch. Execute daily sales routines as directed by the Sales Directorate to ensure achievement of set targets. Maintain team motivation by fostering a positive work environment; ensure excellence in customer service at the store; negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and discounts. Advise customers on part specifications and recommend complementary parts or products. Contact prospective and existing customers. Register orders in the system. Acquire new customers via email and telephone. Perform other duties related to the position as determined by superiors. Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Program. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed High School education. – Team management skills. – Effective communication ability. – Organizational skills and attention to detail. – Availability to work flexible hours.
