




**Responsibilities and Duties:** Recruit, select, and retain professionals. Hire professionals into the company. Onboard company professionals. Provide feedback to improve professionals’ performance. Evaluate professionals’ performance. Identify training needs. Deliver behavioral training to the team. Coordinate technical training. Monitor human resources management processes. Promote internal marketing initiatives: birthdays, events, celebrations. Participate in corporate trainings and events. Conduct organizational climate surveys. Update job descriptions, career paths, and employee compensation. Manage team conflicts. Present professionals’ performance indicators. Supervise the Personnel Department Assistant’s activities: hiring, payroll, and dismissals. Audit payroll. Monitor regulations and collective bargaining agreements applicable to professionals. **Work Days and Hours:** Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a break. Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management. Experience as Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Coordinator. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in time-tracking software. Residence in Belém or Ananindeua – PA. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the retail sector. Proficiency in TOTVS Distribution and Retail – Winthor Line.
