Job Summary: Unimed Paraná's Controller Department is seeking a Cost Controller Analyst III to handle cost processes, planning, variance analysis, preparation of management reports, and participation in continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations **Job Description:** ---------------------- Unimed Paraná's Controller Department has an opening for a Cost Controller Analyst III to join the team handling cost processes. This professional will be responsible for the following activities: \- Plan and execute cost-related activities, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. \- Analyze cost variances, identifying opportunities for optimization and expense reduction. \- Produce management reports and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making. \- Ensure all costing processes comply with accounting and tax regulations, promoting operational integrity. \- Participate in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing new costing methodologies. \- Review costing methodologies—such as absorption, variable, and ABC costing—to ensure analytical accuracy. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Controller, Accounting, or Finance (mandatory). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of economic and financial indicators. * Basic understanding of budget planning. * Experience with ERP systems TOTVS and Tasy. * Experience in Health Insurance Operators or the hospital sector is a plus. * Experience in activity automation and use of Business Intelligence tools. * Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, PowerShell, Python, or similar is considered a plus. * Practical experience in cost calculation and analysis of products and services. * Advanced accounting knowledge. * Advanced Excel and intermediate-level proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools. * Willingness to travel. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Voucher Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher or parking; Health Insurance (effective after 90 days of employment); Dental Insurance; Sos Medilar; Postgraduate Incentive Program; Development Programs; Pharmacy Discount; Yoga, Occupational, and Functional Classes; Relaxation Area; Library; Employee Association; Fruit in departments; Wellhub We are part of GPTW. **Work Location:** ---------------------- UNIMED PARANA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8 hours/day \- Monday to Friday
