Key Challenges of the Role: As a Supply Coordinator, your mission is to ensure the efficient and safe execution of all procurement processes. You will be responsible for continuous improvement of the Supply function, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and requirements. Working alongside a team that delivers results, you will: * Lead the Supply function, covering Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, direct and indirect procurement, warehousing, and internal logistics—ensuring integration and operational efficiency. * Develop and implement processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and governance across the supply chain. * Lead Strategic Sourcing by defining acquisition strategies that enhance competitiveness, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and enable effective risk management across the supply chain. * Lead complex negotiations and build strategic partnerships with key suppliers, focusing on value creation, innovation, and sustainability. * Implement and monitor departmental KPIs, including OTD (On-Time Delivery), Savings, Lead Time, quality, and service levels. * Drive supplier performance and quality management, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, delivery timelines, and safety standards. * Lead distributed teams, fostering talent development and building a high-performing team. * Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse management, with emphasis on inventory control, stock optimization, and availability of critical materials for industrial maintenance operations. 2512110202491859088
