Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people's lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** Coordinate building maintenance team, ensuring execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective plans. Conduct inspections, supervise service providers, ensure safety standards, control materials, and prepare reports to optimize processes and operational efficiency in the shopping mall. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related fields. Experience in building/industrial maintenance. Knowledge in reading technical drawings, building automation, NR-10/NR-35, Team management and basic Office package.
