**Essential Requirements:** * Technical course in industrial mechanics * Knowledge of hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic motors) * Reading and interpretation of hydraulic diagrams * Basic instrumentation skills (manometer, caliper, torque wrench, etc.) * Experience in disassembly, analysis, part replacement, and reassembly * Familiarity with hydraulic bench testing and component adjustment * Ability to follow oral and written technical instructions. * Good communication with supervisors, colleagues, and technical team. * Collaborative and cooperative spirit with other departments (quality, engineering, logistics) * Availability to work in different areas (workshop and field, if necessary) Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2,209.08 - R$2,823.22 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
