In 2025, the company celebrates its 40th anniversary since inauguration. Currently, Hydro is Albras’ majority shareholder, holding 51% of the shares in this joint venture; the other shareholder is NAAC – Nippon Amazon Aluminium Co. A dynamic, creative work environment with global projects and sustainable ambitions; Opportunity to shape the role and advance your career through professional and personal development; You will be part of a business for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Develop, maintain, and optimize industrial systems, focusing on efficiency, safety, and reliability. * Implement control solutions and supervisory systems, and conduct data analysis and failure management for continuous improvement. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Control and Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics). * Postgraduate studies in Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0, Control Systems, Data Analysis, or Project Management are desirable. **Knowledge and Skills** * Experience in industrial automation, electrical controls, and supervisory systems in manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder) and programming languages such as Visual Basic and Python. * Experience with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and Windows environments. * Knowledge of industrial communication networks and electrical instrumentation. * Ability to analyze and manage industrial databases for decision-making. * Experience in failure analysis and root cause analysis. * Familiarity with project management tools and practices (CAPEX and OPEX). * Knowledge of asset performance monitoring and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards (e.g., NR-10 and HSE). **Profile** * Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills. * Commitment to safety and quality. * Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
