




We have an outstanding opportunity in the technology area at our Castanhal unit—see details below: The **Technical Support Supervisor** will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical support team’s activities, ensuring quality and agility in user service. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), computer networks, and IT infrastructure; Proficiency in hardware maintenance, corporate software support, and basic information security concepts; Experience managing teams, delivering user support, and monitoring performance indicators (SLA and KPI) is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assigning and tracking IT team tasks; Prioritizing tickets based on severity level and providing technical support for more complex issues; Managing equipment inventory; Monitoring system maintenance and updates; Tracking performance indicators (proposing process improvements); Providing technical guidance and development for the team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices in information security.
