Dynamic environment in a telecommunications and technology company TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST (CLT Employment Regime) We are a telecommunications and technology company providing internet, telephony, and systems/software services. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to company customers, including tracking, attending to, and resolving user tickets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for scheduling technical support services. Monitor the external technical team’s daily scheduled services. Internally monitor network infrastructure to ensure performance and stability. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal and written) Clear and effective communication skills with customers Computer proficiency Technical training or courses in IT Analytical and diagnostic capability Organization and proactivity Experience with IXC/OPA system (preferred) Driver’s license category B (preferred) WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break at 12:00 PM) Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.718,00 – R$1.719,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Internet allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles?
