The following will be considered advantageous: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving queries, incidents, and issues related to hardware, software, corporate systems, and systemic requirements of the Group’s brands. * Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and corporate applications; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and technological devices. * Assist in managing the local network of stores, monitoring connectivity, configuring routers and network equipment. * Carry out information security activities, such as periodic backups, antivirus installation, and protection against cyber threats. * Provide basic user training on proper usage of software, systems, and IT procedures, as well as updating corporate systems and creating instructional manuals for troubleshooting and clarifications. * Assemble and configure equipment—including computers, printers, and peripherals—ensuring operational readiness. * Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to identify improvements, optimize processes, and support technology projects. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governments, aiming to ensure compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. * Keep your immediate management informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, seeking solutions to encountered problems to enable effective activity oversight by management. * Safeguard the Group’s image by avoiding inappropriate behavior in public while wearing the Group’s uniform or using its vehicles, thereby protecting the company’s image and assets. * Preserve equipment and tools provided for your role, committing to correct use of PPEs and collective protective equipment, demonstrating care for the Group’s assets to ensure resource sustainability. 2512220202491932554
