In this role, you will assist in executing tasks related to the deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This professional works under supervision, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of telecommunications infrastructure. It is an entry-level (internship-level) position, ideal for those seeking hands-on experience in telecommunications and professional growth. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks in compliance with established technical and safety standards; * Perform field support activities, assisting FTTH Installers and Repairers; * Assist in identifying and correcting network faults, contributing to service quality assurance; * Support organization and control of materials and equipment used in deployment and maintenance activities; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge in FTTH networks; * Collaborate in technical documentation of projects and executed activities; * Ensure equipment integrity, departmental organization, and workplace safety; * Maintain constant communication with the team, reporting progress and challenges encountered; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to fiber optic infrastructure; **JOB DETAILS:** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Work area focused on the North region of Curitiba and the Metropolitan Region; * Preference for candidates residing in neighborhoods near Santa Felicidade and Campo Magro; * (NO LADDERS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD); * If approved, the company provides NR10 and NR35 training courses; upon successful completion, a 30% hazard pay allowance is added to the salary; **WORK REGIME AND SCHEDULE:** * CLT employment regime; * Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; * Weekend and holiday on-call shifts, and standby duties, scheduled on a rotating basis; * OVERTIME PAYMENT REGIME (not BH – worked hours paid next month); **COMPENSATION:** * Starting salary: R$ 1\.765,28 without hazard pay until end of probation period; after course completion and approval, salary reaches R$ 2\.242,85; * Career progression plan with promotion opportunities to Installer/Repairer roles (N1 to N3 levels by function). **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance: R$ 320.00/month; * Food voucher: R$ 36.75/day, average monthly amount R$ 845.25; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher: R$ 300.00/month; * Life insurance; * Unimed health plan and Dental Uni dental plan; * Birthday day off; * After probation period: Complimentary internet plan for the employee, provided residence is within coverage area and company service availability permits; **WE OFFER:** * Dedicated parking; * Relaxed and motivating work environment with rest and leisure areas equipped with video games, bean bags, sofas, billiards table, and ping pong table; * Kitchen available with sink, refrigerator, and microwave; * Spacious dining area; * Coffee to recharge your energy* ;
