Record and consistently update service history in the CRM system. Ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and issues while maintaining standards of empathy and clarity. Provide support for basic administrative tasks and spreadsheet organization using Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience as an Online Sales Consultant, Customer Service Representative, Digital Sales Assistant, or E\-commerce Support Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
