Positive impact on public health **Here, we cultivate!** * Strict and unwavering adherence to clinical, operational, and administrative processes; * Collaboration; * Daily practice of integrity; * Integration; * Sustainability culture; * Respect for each individual's unique way of being and thinking; * And, above all, a genuine appreciation for people. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative support to the NEP, HR, and Humanization departments; * Support the Institutional and Clinical Integration process; * Organize files and documents for uploading to DRIVE; * Receive, transport, deliver, and retrieve documents, ensuring proper recordkeeping; * Type texts and spreadsheets as needed; * Update information related to your area according to existing controls and guidance from your immediate supervisor; * Tabulate monthly departmental training sessions; * Submit monthly action feedback to managers by the 15th; * Tabulate monthly humanization-related action data; * Input indicators into the Interact system; * Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of your supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Mandatory Requirement:** Completed high school education; * **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite and administrative routines. * **Desirable:** Experience in administrative roles within a hospital environment. * **Advantage:** Fluency in foreign and indigenous languages is an advantage. **Additional Information** Meals provided at the on-site cafeteria; On-site parking; Transportation allowance; SESC membership card. #### **Joining the Instituto Social Mais Saúde is more than building a career—it’s embracing the opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians who rely on public healthcare services.** #### ***Our mission goes beyond efficiency and quality; we exist to ensure dignified reception and humanized care at every stage of the health rehabilitation process.
