




Productivity Controller Job Description Control service inputs and outputs, monitor scheduling, processing, and verify technical assistance time, in order to keep processes within established parameters. Responsibilities ü Work with scheduling and control of mechanical and electrical service activities; ü Update spreadsheets and enter report data into Apollo; ü Calculate productivity indices and prepare quality control charts; ü Enter labor service information into the Chamevolks and Apollo systems, assisting in daily and weekly workshop service planning related to productivity; ü Monitor services and analyze execution capacity; ü Manage and define spare parts and service inventory, establishing timelines and execution priorities; Requirements * **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:** Completed High School. * **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Basic Mechanical Knowledge * **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE:** Apollo System and dealership routines. * **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Proficiency in Excel. * **REFERENTIAL EXPERIENCE:** In the technical assistance field.
