We are seeking a **Systems Development Analyst**, responsible for transforming business needs into clear, structured, and strategically aligned technological solutions. This is an opportunity for organized, analytical professionals passionate about technology who wish to work directly at the intersection of business areas and systems development—ensuring quality, security, and efficiency in every delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Execute the **Requirements Management** process defined by Revemar Group’s CTI. * Translate business requirements into **high-level project specifications**, considering information architecture and technological direction. * Identify, prioritize, specify, and agree upon technical and functional requirements for all IT investment initiatives. * Maintain and update **technical documentation** for all developments. * Detail technical and project requirements for software applied to operations. * Define acceptance criteria and approve requirements to ensure alignment with the high-level project scope. * Reassess requirements whenever technical or logical discrepancies arise during development or maintenance. * Ensure that **information security, availability, and risk mitigation** requirements are applied in accordance with organizational standards. * Customize and implement internally developed or acquired automated functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Validate functionality compliance with development standards, documentation, quality, and authorization requirements. * Monitor contractual and legal aspects of third-party-developed software. * Track the status and progress of each requirement, ensuring all changes undergo the formal **change management** process. **Required Qualifications:** --------------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Completed undergraduate degree in any field, plus postgraduate specialization in Computer Science. * Intermediate English proficiency (reading); * Skills in system development and maintenance, data modeling, database design, maintenance, backup, and tuning; * Experience with JBOSS application server; * Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle and SQL Server DBMS.
