About the Position: In-Person Service Desk Internship (Belém and Surrounding Areas) At WLAN, the Service Desk intern joins the team responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal users, helping ensure the smooth operation of the company’s systems and services. This is an excellent opportunity for those beginning their careers in technology and wishing to gain hands-on experience in technical support within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: * Assist with first-level technical support (via phone, chat, or ticketing system); * Support incident and request identification and logging in the internal system; * Provide basic support for networks, internet, routers, and operating systems; * Escalate more complex requests to responsible technicians; * Monitor ticket progress and provide feedback to users; * Contribute to service quality and response efficiency. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in Technology, Computer Networks, Information Technology, or related fields; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn; * Basic knowledge of computing and networking; * Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset; * Availability for in-person internship hours.
