Description: * Previous experience in the role in heavy civil works; * Experience in heavy civil works; * Experience in thermal power plant projects. * Qualification certificate * Assemble and disassemble metal scaffold structures, shoring, and work platforms using lifting tools, transport equipment, and other appropriate devices; position and secure structural posts; follow received drawings and instructions to ensure correct execution of services in accordance with current technical, environmental, and safety standards, meeting the quality and schedule requirements established by the project; * Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints; study the set to be assembled or disassembled, analyzing drawings, models, specifications, and other instructions to proceed with pipe assembly; request machines, equipment, and materials required for service execution from the manager, following guidelines to ensure correct project execution within the established timeframe; * Identify and sort parts for assembly based on drawings and designs, considering the project's assembly schedule; inspect parts, verify condition and dimensions using dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring/precision instruments to detect possible defects and confirm accuracy of adjustments, ensuring correct project execution within budget and schedule, as well as ensuring physical safety of all project participants; * Perform mechanical part coupling and adjustments, checking dimensional measurements, cleaning and sanding parts, burnishing and enlarging holes, scraping parts, cutting threads, among others; verify alignment of assembled piping, as well as proper fitting of pipes, parts, and components used, aiming to meet project specifications and achieve timely execution with expected quality; * Conduct control tests, verifying the operation of the assembly or its components through manual testing on test benches or other methods, to ensure precision of the assembled equipment and its finish, guaranteeing accurate diagnostics and high-quality work performed within deadlines; * Stack and manage components for assembly to speed up production; place, align, and fit scaffold or shoring parts according to the assembly axis, using hand tools, fastening devices, templates, and other instruments; guide Assembly Assistants in support activities such as surface sanding, cleaning, and part adjustments, ensuring assembly completion without delays; * Perform maintenance services on scaffolds (streamlining and customization) and installations, ensuring compliance with established production deadlines and targets; * Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to maintain good working conditions, disposing generated waste into appropriate containers and locations, preserving safety, occupational health, and environmental standards defined by the Company. * Properly use required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), complying with safety & occupational health, environmental, quality, and social responsibility requirements, maintaining the company's image and credibility with internal and external clients, service providers, official agencies, and the local community. 251017020224990694
