




**Description:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or related fields; Extensive experience in activities within the Supplementary Health area; Proficiency in computer skills (intermediate level) and Office suite; Completed postgraduate studies in Nursing Auditing, Healthcare Quality, Health Auditing, or related fields; Knowledge of the Regulatory Resolution of the Operator Accreditation Program, RN-452 from the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Analyze and monitor the process of non-accredited clinics and the online migration of out-of-network referrals. Plan, implement, and monitor actions of the new integration process project for beneficiary referrals outside the accredited network. Participate in alignment meetings regarding actions to be taken with the non-accredited network. Directly handle communications with non-accredited providers, according to schedules and leadership awareness. Prepare and analyze notification documents to providers in the non-accredited network. Organize and standardize, through critical analysis, the workflow of process interactions with non-accredited networks. Analyze, address, and respond to inquiries from external clients (non-accredited providers). Monitor and confirm the entire integration process of referrals from non-accredited providers. Monitor and redirect clients receiving therapies outside the accredited network. Interact with the Social Services department to analyze and redirect clients receiving care outside into the accredited network. Perform validation and monitoring of redirection letters sent to beneficiaries' responsible parties who received care outside the accredited network. Consult the Legal Advisory Department when necessary regarding departmental demands. Provide support to hierarchical superiors when requested. Prepare, analyze, and update departmental indicators and goals. Participate in meetings whenever summoned. Monitor the publication of resolutions and regulatory instructions issued by ANS, ANVISA, Ministry of Health, Healthcare Services Quality, and related bodies, ensuring legal compliance with departmental activities. Standardize and control, whenever necessary, organizational manuals, guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and other documentary standards. Develop and analyze workflows and process interactions at their initiation, development, and completion stages. Act in compliance, ensuring maintenance of standards defined by Unimed Belém. Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution in appropriate locations. Adhere to practices aligned with principles of social responsibility, environmental responsibility, and corporate governance. Ensure safekeeping, maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of work equipment, tools, and materials. Work in accordance with good practices, safety norms, and procedures. Participate in meetings when summoned. Attend scheduled training and development programs. Comply with rules and procedures regarding uniform use, time recording, working hours, shift schedules, vacation planning, etc. Create and suggest work processes and workflows, adopt optimization and rationalization measures aimed at improving team and related department activities. Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. Inform the manager about actions and activities carried out within the area under their responsibility.
