Your primary mission is to prospect, qualify, and educate leads—identifying those with a genuine purchase profile (compatible energy consumption, initial technical feasibility, and financial interest). The ultimate goal is to schedule qualified meetings for the consultants/sales team, ensuring sales funnel efficiency. **Responsibilities**: * Screen leads arriving through digital channels (website, social media, ads) or cold lists. * Identify the consumer profile (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial) and their "purchase readiness stage". * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. * Clearly and simply explain the benefits of photovoltaic energy (cost savings, sustainability, and property value appreciation). * Address initial objections regarding installation costs and investment payback period. * Record all interactions, outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system. * Work to meet or exceed qualification and scheduling targets. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Experience in sales or similar roles. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Familiarity with CRM tools and communication technologies.
