Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer to develop and maintain ETL processes, perform data modeling and data mining, and build data pipelines for analytical consumption. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with diverse roles across the data ecosystem and promote upskilling. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) processes; * Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in internal data processes; * Perform data modeling, data mining, and apply segmentation techniques; * Extract and deliver data from source systems in structured, reliable, and analytically suitable formats; * Build and evolve data pipelines for analytical delivery and consumption; * Ensure quality, performance, reliability, and sustainability of data pipelines; * Administer data products in accordance with best practices in engineering and governance; * Monitor workload performance and costs to achieve operational efficiency; * Collaborate with various roles across the data ecosystem, including analysts, engineers, data scientists, and business units; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for solutions, processes, and deliverables; * Engage in continuous technical development, staying current with industry best practices and trends; * Support onboarding and upskilling of new team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience with ETL processes; * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Practical experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and development of analytical studies; * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation and technical materials; * Willingness to travel to Porto Alegre occasionally.
