Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **What we seek?** A proactive professional who helps the team identify technical improvement opportunities. **About the position:** The Developer will join an agile team focused on enhancing digital experiences via **React Native**, **Spring Boot**, **Angular**, and other web solutions, reporting technically to the Application Development chapter within the regional IT and Data organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Application Development: Design, develop, and implement new features for our applications, as well as resolve existing issues. * Technical Gap Analysis: Identify and map technical gaps, proposing effective solutions to improve system performance. * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and development workflows. * Mentorship: Train and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment. * Task Estimation: Accurately estimate effort required for development tasks and effectively manage schedules. * Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and support product teams with technical insights for informed decision-making. * Collaboration: Work closely with other technical team members to build end-to-end solutions and propose improvements to teamwork and collaboration. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Advanced knowledge in:** * System development; * Frontend and backend standards and practices; * Web security and performance practices; * Java Spring Boot microservices development, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and messaging queues (JMS, ActiveMQ, or Kafka); * Advanced knowledge in frontend development with React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker; * Design patterns; * Unit testing with JUnit, log verification in DataDog, Git proficiency; * Oracle DB, SQL, MySQL, and Aurora; * Redis caching usage, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and SCRUM. **Technical Skills:** * Experience with **React Native** 0\.82\.x or higher; * Experience with **Spring Boot** 2\.7 or higher; * Experience with **Angular** 12 or higher, including RxJS; * Proficiency in **Java 8 or higher**, with desirable experience in Lombok, Spring, Java Persistence API, and Liquibase; * Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); * Optional but valuable experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); * Familiarity with Singleton design pattern and MVC architecture; * Knowledge of OAuth and SSO implementation; * Solid understanding of DDL and DML; * Knowledge of stored procedures, functions, and views; * Experience with Azure SQL or similar databases; * Proficiency in Git, following Gitflow practices; * Experience with GitHub Actions and YAML configuration for automated deployments. **Qualifications:** * Language proficiency: Native Portuguese and **advanced English proficiency**; * Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively presenting technical information; * Commitment: High commitment to project goals and team success. **Working Hours:** * Business hours (Remote) **NOTE:** Hey!
