Job Summary: Receive customers, conduct sales and cash operations, manage contracts and fleet, drive and deliver vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in sales and customer support **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Receive customers at stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations. * Conduct sales of additional services offered by the company. * Perform cash opening and closing procedures. * Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and information regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle. * Verify and monitor reservations in the system to organize vehicle availability, thereby reducing fleet idle time. * Identify and register customers on-site and in the system, verifying and cross-checking documents. * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc contracts. * Classify, separate, organize, and forward rental-related documents to the store's administrative departments. * Assist in driving the vehicle during customer pickup and return. * Assist in transferring vehicles between stores, gas stations, and other service providers. * Generate service orders required to ensure vehicle availability for store operations and customer service. * Assist in inspecting the fleet vehicles, reporting availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance processes. * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary steps to make them available for rental. * Occasionally perform delivery and receipt of rented vehicles, executing inspection procedures (check\-list). **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a rotating 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
