The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Belém (Umarizal). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards established by the chef or responsible cook. Perform pre\-preparation and sanitation of food items, such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and greens. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing food before serving to customers. Collaborate on inventory control of food and kitchen supplies, restocking as needed. Previous experience as a Kitchen Cook Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
